Personal Sales Coaching

This low cost monthly session is all about improving your sales skills and helping you increase your sales. Once a month for two hours we help you put together your sales activities and look at any other areas of sales that you may need assistance on. The focus is on improving your sales skills and supplying you with tips and techniques that will improve your chances of winning new business.

These sessions could include a review of your current sales situation and issues, training on specific sales skills that need improved, initial development of your sales message and any sales campaign, improve your prospecting skills, development of your sales plan or our mind the gap sales review.

The six month one to one coaching sessions are priced at £99.00 excluding vat per two hour session. If you want a one off session the cost is £149.00 excluding vat for the two hour session.

Training

Our customised training courses are popular for companies who are looking to train up their sales staff. The bespoke courses will be written to your requirements so that the training will be relevant to your industry.

The courses can be an intensive one-day workshop to a three day course spread over a few months to a six month programme for massive sales growth.

The Lead Generation System

The overall objective is to win new business and increase sales through a targeted sales focus on a limited number of ideal ‘dream clients’.

This activity will take four weeks to complete with the deliverable at the end of four weeks a fully completed 20 week sales campaign which you will deliver and sell your products and services. We will follow our proven Touch 7 sales process and deliver the following:-

• An ideal dream client list with full contact details
• A schedule and plan for the activities for the length of the campaign
• A series of 8 mailers for the sales campaign
• A script for the phone calls and follow up

The purpose of this activity to create a picture of where you are now and how to navigate the road to attain success by increasing revenue from your products and services.

There will be an initial workshop with the Directors to ascertain goals for the next year and further. We will review the previous success you have had so that it helps us understand the profile and criteria for your dream clients.

With this information we will develop the criteria and get the contact details of prospects that will be targeted by the sales campaign. We will develop the theme for the sales campaign and write the letters for the mailers and prepare the follow up scripts.

We will also put in a management and forecasting system in place for the campaign.
