Two magic words
This happens on most courses when we cover features and benefits.
The attendees on the course come up with many features of their products and
services but very little in the way of benefits.
During the session we introduce two words at the end of each of their features that make it more beneficial to the client - ‘which means’.
Try it with your products and services which means you will have a powerful
list of benefits which means you will be selling benefits to your clients not
features which means – you get the idea!
